SCRUM Master
SCRUM Master
SCRUM is a lightweight framework that helps individuals, teams and organizations to generate value through adaptive solutions to complex problems. Given its versatility and ease of understanding, SCRUM has become one of the most widely used frameworks for the development of various types of projects. The SCRUM team includes three fundamental roles, the SCRUM MASTER, in charge of ensuring the correct use of the framework, the PRODUCT OWNER, who represents the interests of the owner or client, and the DEVELOPMENT TEAM, which is in charge of generating the project deliverables. This training introduces the principles of SCRUM and provides the attendee with the training to qualify for SCRUM MASTER certification.
