Course on How to Create the Businesses of the Future Today
“How to Create the Businesses of the Future Today” is a practical program designed to guide participants through the process of transforming an idea, talent, product, service, or knowledge into a clear, viable, modern business model that is ready to compete in changing markets.
The program combines entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, business models, sales, branding, intellectual property, digital presence, technology, and applied artificial intelligence. Over the course of 24 hours, participants will learn to think like founders, identify opportunities, design value propositions, validate ideas, structure offers, protect intangible assets, develop business skills, and present a business project with a growth-oriented vision.
Although artificial intelligence does not appear in the main title, it will be a cross-cutting tool throughout the program. Participants will learn to use it to support market research, idea generation, competitive analysis, productivity, content creation, planning, communication, sales, strategy, and decision-making.
The program does more than just teach how to start a traditional business. Its focus is on fostering a founder’s mindset capable of designing businesses that are adaptable, differentiated, profitable, scalable, and sustainable in today’s economy.
Academic and Professional Rationale
Today’s market demands entrepreneurs and professionals who can build businesses with greater strategic clarity, business acumen, digital vision, brand understanding, execution skills, and smart use of technology.
Many traditional entrepreneurship programs focus solely on the idea or the business plan. This program offers a more up-to-date experience: training participants to think, structure, sell, communicate, and present businesses with a founder’s mindset.
The course incorporates key elements of the new economy: modern business models, unicorn companies, market validation, consultative selling, branding as an intangible asset, trademarks, digital presence, applied artificial intelligence, and practical implementation.
